1. Ownership of Platform Content

All content, source code, visual design, user interfaces, branding, logos, graphics, text, icons, dynamic tools, and software architecture comprising Gygs.in ("the Platform") are the exclusive property of GYGS PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. User-Generated Content & Artist Portfolios

2.1 Artist & Contractor Media Ownership

Artists, performers, creative professionals, and contractors retain full ownership rights to their original photographs, performance videos, audio reels, artwork, and profile content uploaded to Gygs.in.

2.2 Platform License Grant

By uploading or displaying portfolio media on Gygs.in, you grant GYGS PRIVATE LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, index, transcode, display, and stream your uploaded content solely for the purposes of facilitating gig discovery, artist applications, and platform operations as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

3. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Takedown Policy

GYGS PRIVATE LIMITED respects the intellectual property rights of artists, photographers, musicians, choreographers, and content creators. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws.

3.1 Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work or media has been uploaded or used on Gygs.in without authorization, please submit a written Notice of Copyright Infringement containing the following details:

• An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., photo URL or description).
• Exact location/URL of the infringing material on Gygs.in so we can locate it promptly.
• Your contact information, including full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your uploaded content was removed due to a copyright infringement notice and you believe the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to hello@gygs.in containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared prior to removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with platform safety guidelines, GYGS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers of copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. Trademark Notice

"Gygs", "Gygs.in", "Gygs Manager", the Gygs logo, and all associated product logos and custom graphic assets are trademarks or registered trademarks of GYGS PRIVATE LIMITED. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by Gygs without prior written permission.
