• Gmail Access: With your explicit consent, we request access to your Gmail account. We read your emails to identify gig opportunities, business inquiries, and relevant communications. We use this access to draft replies on your behalf. We do not use your email data for serving ads or share it with unauthorized third parties.
• Instagram Direct Messages: We request access to your Instagram account to read and respond to Direct Messages. This allows our AI to manage inquiries and negotiate on your behalf.
• Profile Information: Professional photographs, skills, and availability details you upload to the platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect or access to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Gygs.in platform and AI Talent Manager service.
• Process your messages using AI models to understand context and draft intelligent responses.
• Manage your gigs, calendar, and professional relationships.
• Secure storage of all user information and protection of personal contact details.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Gygs.in's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We do not allow humans to read your data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
• We do not use or share your data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.

5. Data Sharing and AI Processing

Your email and message content may be processed by our trusted AI providers (such as DeepSeek or OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating responses and managing your profile. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements, retain data only temporarily for inference, and are not permitted to use your personal data to train their public models.

• Contact information is shared only with registered users for gig connections.
• User data is not sold to third parties.

6. Data Retention and Deletion (Meta/Instagram Compliance)

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request the deletion of your data at any time:

• Revoking Access: You may revoke our access to your Gmail or Instagram accounts at any time through the respective platform's security settings. Upon revocation, the AI Talent Manager will immediately lose access and will no longer process new messages.
• Account Deletion: You can contact us to permanently delete your account and all associated data, including tokens and synced messages.
